Staging Consultation
In this 1-2 hour session, we’ll walk through your home with you and talk about how to stage each space. We’ll recommend which furnishings could be pre-packed, the best layout for your furniture, and ways to highlight your home’s unique features. And we’ll give you a personalized plan to help you prepare your home for market quickly and confidently.
Cost: $150
Hands-On Staging
In this two-part process, we’ll first do a walkthrough of your home with you, creating a checklist for you to complete. Then once you’ve completed your action steps, we’ll return to physically stage your home, using your own furniture, accessories and artwork.
You’ll be amazed at the difference a few hours can make!
